Return/Refund Policy

Effective Period

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging, with tags and labels intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.


Cases Eligible for Refunds or Exchanges

1. Item Not as Described

If you received an item that does not match the description (wrong color, wrong size, or style) on our website:

  • Please provide a clear photo/video proof.

  • We will resend a replacement at no additional cost.

  • You may keep the incorrect item as a token of our apology.

2. Right Item Received, But You Wish to Exchange

If we delivered the correct item you ordered, but you want to exchange it:

  • You can return the item and place a new order.

  • Exchanges for a different size, design, or color are available only for items under $100.

  • A small handling and shipping fee will apply. This fee covers logistics and new product itself.

3. Damaged or Defective Item

If your item arrives damaged or faulty due to our error:

  • You do not need to return the defective product.

  • Please provide a photo/video proof.

  • We will send you a replacement free of charge as soon as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Used, washed, or altered items.

  • Items without original packaging, tags, or labels.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days (depending on your bank or card provider).


Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If you choose to return an item for exchange or refund, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

  • A prepaid return label is available.

  • Delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
